The place Bird knew as home was about to be torn down by bulldozers. The thing about Bird is that he didn't even realize he could fly during a time that he needed to the most. This is a story about Bird discovering his wings with the help of a friend and finding a new home. The book reads like a poem and is filled with bright colors and lovable characters.
