Happy Friday Friends! The nicest thing happened to meet this week. I will be celebrating another trip around the sun next week and received the coolest gift in the mail. The problem is - I have no idea who it’s from. It’s a personalized candle with my name, birthdate, tarot reading, etc. from Whoever sent it must know me well, or at least I hope so as it was sent to my home. I really would like to know the thoughtful soul so that I can say thank you! In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy my lovely gift.

Another glorious day in Nashville. There is nothing prettier than the eastern morning sun. I love how the soft rays highlight these cherry blossom branches I foraged yesterday. Tree branches make effortlessly beautiful and dramatic arrangements.

I’m enjoying them so much. Anyone know of a hack to preserve these blossoms that fade ever so quickly?

Here’s a little Before-and-After action to get you through this hump day. Sometimes all you need is a pro’s eye to make this powder room shine. You don’t always need to do too much. Interiors Design by

Today’s harvest from my kitchen garden. I’m debating which recipe to use for these luscious green beans. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

The tomatoes are taking their time to ripen. Since the vines needed thinning, I pruned a few for my mom to fry some green tomatoes. I’ll wait until they ripen to indulge.

Each year I find gardening more pleasurable than the year before, which seems impossible. The heat may seem unbearable, but I know too well this too shall pass. Unfortunately, sooner than we think. So - cheers to Summer in all its glory!🥬.

Make room for the Hydrangeas. It’s their time to shine. I’m just loving the gorgeous weather we’re enjoying. My favorite time of year. Happy summer everyone!

These peonies are from my garden. The scent is so fragrant, if you close your eyes I promise you’ll be able to smell them. I know I can. That may be because the bouquet is close by.😆 Happy Gardening everyone!

Happy Friday! What are your weekend plans? Will you spend the day in bed or get a jumpstart on spring gardening like me?

If it’s the former, this week’s is here to help with a few tips to refresh your bedroom for spring.

🌻Switch Out Textiles: Replace heavy winter blankets with lightweight throws or quilts in bright, cheerful patterns.

🌻Change Scents: Freshen up your bedroom with light, floral scents like lavender, jasmine, or citrus. Consider using essential oil diffusers, linen sprays, or candles to infuse the space with a delightful aroma.

🌻Brighten with Light Colors: It’s time to swap out dark, heavy bedding and accessories for lighter shades like pastels or whites to create an airy, fresh feel in your bedroom. Perhaps treat yourself to custom bedding you’ve been wanting.

🌻Add Fresh Flowers or Plants: Bring the beauty of spring indoors by adding fresh flowers or potted plants to your bedroom. Not only do they add a pop of color, but they also help improve air quality and overall ambiance.
