It’s pretty fun seeing almost a year of work finally come together at our Hunters Trail project in Franklin.

This one was a true team effort from the real estate team, to the builders, to us on the design side, and then stager who brought in the finishing touches. We had so much fun reworking the floor plan and getting a little carried away with the light fixtures.

Can’t wait for everyone to see it. This one hits the market this week - contact Elevated Living Advisory | Nashville Luxury Real Estate for info ✨

We’ve been falling hard for wallpaper lately… From timeless florals to bold, statement prints, these are the designs that have us completely smitten right now. Each one transforms a room into something truly special- proof that the right wallpaper can be art as much as it is backdrop. ✨
