Coming soon.....a selection of huge commercial antique pots and pans. The bottoms are uneven and some have been brazed. They are probably too big for most household stoves, but they are newly tinned and functional for those with the muscles to lift them.

Here is an interesting pan(s). It used to be two pans, but somewhere in it's history a copper smith took two damaged pans and turned them into a single pan by transplanting the bottom. (Notice that the copper is two different colors and the castellations are on the side instead of the bottoms.) I have seen some creative patchwork over the last few years, but never a complete bottom transplant. I cannot wait until this one arrives in my next shipment.
