Sometimes,a simple hello to a stranger can lead to something beautiful! ❤️ 🇵🇭

While buying a few stuff at Walmart yesterday, my instinct told me that the woman I saw was a fellow Filipina.
So, being my usual friendly and talkative self, I approached her; and I was right! She was a new comer who had been in the U.S for just over 2 months.

After a little friendly chitchat, she shared stories about their on-the -go lifestyle, her husband’s work as a truck driver, and how much she missed filipino food and delicacies .Upon hearing her story, I immediately offered 😂 😂 to cook and sell her our favorite Filipino dishes in a bilao.

Without hesitation she placed her order, since they stayed overnight here in Ogallala. Seeing her delight as she finally got to satisfy her Filipino food cravings made me happy, too.For a moment, perhaps the taste of home helped ease her homesickness.🥰

And that is the beauty of being friendly, a little talkative 😂 and a business minded! 😂 ❤️

You never know what a simple conversation can bring- a new connection, a happy heart, or even a little business on the side! 🇵🇭 🍴 💵 .
