After 14 days in Rochester at Mayo while my dad has been in ICU, my sister and I left my daughter with my mom and made the journey home for a few days to catch up on things before I return.
The first order of business was this… a sleep over with my girls. It is literally the hardest thing in the world for me to be away from these faces this long but man when I heard the squeals and saw the faces of two VERY EXCITED little girls when they saw their Lollie, all the anxiety and worry I have took a pause. For a second, I took a long breath and soaked in the much needed moment. I love these kids more than breathing air. They are just what I needed to get me through my next trip. Well them and my animal babies who were equally as excited to see their momma🥹❤️

I’m reaching out to my friends tonight to ask for special prayers of healing for my dad. Our God is a healer and I know he can speed up this process❤️ but prayers are a huge part of that so if you are the praying type our family would sure appreciate them ❤️

Now that momma has shared I feel like I would be doing an injustice by not sharing Birdies FIRST DAY of Early Childhood with everyone who has watched this baby grow up!!
My Lollie heart is taking it hard but also soooo excited for this chapter of her life! I pray she has sooo much fun this year! Lollie will just have to settle for a Monday girls day with her from now on❤️
