Y'all, we are so busy! Yay 🎉🙌🏻 but also 🫩😪!
We bought a new property that we are rehabbing and I'm so excited for you guys to see it. It's going to be a good one, friends. It's so ugly now, but I've got plans to make it an absolute gem! 🤯✨️💎

We have people ask us all the time why we don't do flips, and honestly, I've wanted to. But I'm very picky and I don't want to do crappy flips like everyone else. I want to create homes that are beautiful and functional that I'd be proud to live in. So...here it is! The first of many to come. I'll post an album so you guys can follow our progress. Hopefully, you'll see it on the market come this May/June! 🏠🌿❤️

We're helping a client remodel his staircase. Which railing should he choose? 🤔🧐🤔🧐

👉🏼I'm partial to the trending or art deco resurgence, personally. 😍
I think for the style of this client's home in particular, I'd probably go with the sleek styling of the trending metal panel with wood railing. It's classic, clean, timeless, and goes with almost any style. 🤌🏻🏠🌿

We finally got to eat pizza from The Harvest Slice! Absolutely the best pizza I've had in a long time and it's by far, one of the best restaurants in the area! If you're local, patron them. You won't be disappointed!
