Id like to take a moment to explain how I do things regarding purchasing estates, hauls, etc.
I take pictures of everything that im interested in and in 90% of cases I take time to look up items to see what they are selling for (not what someone on ebay, market place, etc is asking for them) . Then I try to figure from previous sells and customer preference what I can sell them for being that im in a rural area. I also have to take into consideration how long I will be setting on an item and my overhead. I make an offer within a week or so and I stress several times that if the customer feels it isnt sufficient that they can refuse my offer and its all good. No problem! I also will discuss the offer to see what the customer feels is a fair offer and take that into consideration. I will suggest the customer checks with other shops in the area to see if they would be interested just to help them out!
Once you accept my offer that says to me that you felt the offer was fair and you were happy with it.
I hope this explains things well enough, because I often get calls questioning the same process and what we do. Ive even received calls from individuals thinking we do cleaning 🤦♀️.
Also, we do not purchase household goods like regular pots, pans, cooking sheets, silverware, etc.
Thanks for your time! Have a great day!
