Creamy Ground Beef and Tomato Pasta 🍅

This recipe took as long to make as the pasta did to cook!

Get your pasta water going and salt salt salt!

In a separate pan cook down 1 lb of ground beef with 2 tsps garlic powder until there is a hint of pink still left. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic, a can of diced tomatoes, 1 Tbsp of tomato paste, 1/2 Tbsp of Dijon, 1/2 Tbsp Italian seating, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Add one carton of cherry tomatoes and cover. Let simmer on medium to low heat until tomatoes burst.

Uncover and slowly pour in 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain your pasta and combine on a plate! 🤩

Quick Asian Salmon Bowl 🍚🥗🐠🥢

I love salmon and I love rice. They are delicious AND they are very easy to throw together. I got home today and absolutely did not want to cook but nor did I want to order out again 🧐 I quickly marinated some salmon while I picked up the house in coconut aminos (soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Preheated the oven to 375. Chopped up leftover cabbage, cucumber, and carrots. Popped my rice and baked the salmon for 10 minutes skin side up with all the marinade juices! And Voila! A perfect rice bowl. I used the juices and mayo as my dressing and it all came together in an hour while I was able to multitask and put my mind at ease!

I TOTALLY FORGOT THE AVOCADO 🤦‍♀️

Surprised even myself this evening while making this meal and cleaning out the fridge! The kids will love it too 😍

Cooked up some pasta while I sautéed some garlic and red pepper flakes in butter, added heavy cream, a little pasta water and lemon juice. Then tossed the pasta in the sauce with black pepper and Parmesan. Scooped it into a bowl added some burratta, lemon zest, and fresh basil to top it off!
