TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Custom orders will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within one calendar week of quote being issued. After that time, a new quote will be required before any parts/materials will be acquired to fulfill the order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders for ANY replica style lightsabers may require a 50% deposit, depending upon the style ordered. For ALL orders of replica style lightsabers, once you are notified that the order is ready for delivery a final price will be issued. If you do not accept delivery within 2 calendar weeks after notification and have not made any payment (deposit or in full), the order will be sold elsewhere. If a deposit has been made, and you do not take delivery in the specified time, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be issued prior to sale of the order elsewhere.
For any lightsaber purchased, a limited warranty is offered beyond the normal warranty afforded by the original manufacturer of any components. The warranty provided by JD Custom Sabers is for replacement of components that have failed with the exception of any excessive misuse of the product, which includes the following:
- Improper charging
- Immersion of electronics in water
- Using the lightsaber in a manner that is destructive to the blade
Any such misuse and replacement can be made for an appropriate cost.
