INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS

200 g dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), chopped

200 g white chocolate, chopped

3–4 peppermint candy canes, crushed

½ tsp peppermint extract (optional, for stronger flavor)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the Dark Chocolate
Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt gently over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Spread the Base
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the melted dark chocolate into an even rectangle (about ½ cm thick).
Chill for 10 minutes until just set but not hard.

Melt the White Chocolate
Melt the white chocolate the same way. Stir in peppermint extract if using.

Layer & Swirl
Pour white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the two chocolates together.

Top with Peppermint
