Happy Love Day, was not so happy for the Gonzo crew. At least the ending. Personally I was having an amazing day - I was full of energy & life!! Every holiday I make a big deal out of it all - the kids have gotten use to my living room dance parties & spoils. But about 6m ago I got into a funk & was here but not here if that make sense. Then in Oct of 2022 I started down this path to get healthier & now here I am feeling better than ever. Physically, definitely emotionally & mentally! I have partnered with Arbonne, started my own health and wellness business so I could share with people how I got to where I am. Fast forward back to yesterday, Valentine’s Day…

I wanted the kids to think I forgot about Valentine’s Day. Normally when they wake I have all their presents out; all the sweet treats & decorations & it’s a BIG deal. But since it was a Tuesday I tricked them, sent them all to school as if it was just another day. While they were gone I set up everything, picked up all the kids..

THEN BAM… car accident 😭

I can’t tell you the sheer fear & panic that rushed through my body in that moment. My whole entire heart …. All 4 chambers were in this car with me! The kids are okay, shaken but okay The whole car turned into a bubble and enclosed all the kids in pink pillows (aka airbags). I am okay physically … bruised & busted a bit since I rammed the steering wheel. Emotionally the guilt is heavy. The shame & saddening effect won’t go away for a while. I’m thankful the other cars passengers are okay & that my kids are okay but I’m still so sad. Sad that this even happened, I drive that on ramp 3 times a day EVERY SINGLE DAY. HOW … could this have happened!! The disappointment about losing the truck stings a little too, especially because I JUST paid it off last month. But life doesn’t stop right!! So today I kept the babies home from school & I woke them saying Happy love day so our celebration may be a day late but it’s better than never. So now I’m even more determined to succeed in both my small businesses.
