The last week has been crazy busy preparing for camp for my kids! The theme is the old west so I’ve been making lots of signs for barns and trading posts. It’s hard to document those kind of projects so here’s more practice with my speedball B nibs. This is definitely a style I want to become proficient in. It’s definitely not simple 😅 but i Love it so much!! I used my favorite XL watercolor paper ❤️
Do you have any specific writing styles you’re trying to tackle??? What’s your favorite style??

Day 1 of reclaiming my creativity…
I was looking through old videos and found this one from 2020. I love this “hello” so much but I can’t for the life of me think of how to create a guide for it. The letters are serif and sans serif but every word would be done different depending on the letter combinations 😅🤷🏻‍♀️. But all my other guides are 50% off! Link in bio!
Here I’m using my select artiste script liner with handmade watercolor in color “sun kissed” on black card stock. 😍

Wednesday night I received a text letting me know my lifelong friend ( ) was in the ER because her daughter fell out of a tree and hit her head. I’m asking all of my wonderful followers to please pray for this beautiful family! Maddie suffered a severe brain trauma with multiple skull fractures. Today has been good reports and she’s on the right track with reactive pupils and the pressure on her brain is staying low, hallelujah! This little girl is an incredible human. She’s so kind and compassionate and one of the smartest kids I know! She’s that kid that every adult can see she will grow up to really truly impact this world for the better and for the kingdom of God. We serve a great big GOOD God who still does miracles and nothing is too big for him to handle!

Things to pray for specifically:
1. Zero increase of pressure on her brain.
2. Her body would self regulate temperatures and function within the normal ranges.
3. Her body would not react negatively to decreasing sedation and repositioning.
4. There would be a tangible abiding peace over the entire family and every person that comes into contact with Maddie.
5. Pray for wisdom for the amazing drs and nurses caring for her!
6. Thank the Lord for His goodness and mercy and thank Him for healing her completely!
I’m sorry that I’ve been MIA but it’s really hard for me to create content when my mind is distracted and set on prayer. Thank you guys so much for standing with us in prayer for Maddies complete healing!!! It means so much more than you could ever know and it’s such a blessing to her family that knows people all over the world are praying for their baby girl!!!

This fluid writer tip is one I use often. I’m really bad at forgetting my tools and not cleaning them asap. Every fluid writer comes with a small wire to push product through the tip and help clean it but I’ve lost mine often so I decided not to include it with this cleaning. Save this so you can always easily get back to it for reference!
