I couldnā€™t have planned this šŸ„¹

God is so amazing - I love yaā€™ll see you tomorrow!

Itā€™s amazing to me how intentional the Holy Spirit is - last week the flower baked into all the goodies and the lemonade was St. Johnā€™s Wort.

Itā€™s an herb not only to lift depression, but thatā€™s what itā€™s most well known for.

Then I go back to the photos to post and the one package I took a photo of has this scripture on it:

ā€œI loved you at your darkestā€ šŸ˜®

God is so good yaā€™ll! šŸ©·

I LOVE praying for people, too so come by my booth this week if you want some prayer or even just a hug and to feel Godā€™s love. God loves you soooooooo much!

Ever had rosehip šŸŒ¹infused caramel corn?

I hadnā€™t either, so I thought ā€œwhy not create it?ā€

It turned out to be a sweet gluten-free treat - (made with organic air-popped popcorn, rosehips and real grass fed butter) šŸ˜‹

Also, did you know if you freeze popcorn itā€™s supposed to be crunchier? šŸ¤”

If youā€™ve tested out this theory, let us know in the comments!

A sweet testimonial on the Hibiscus cooler šŸŒŗ from a fellow young entrepreneur at the community market!

ā€œRefreshingā€ is a word I heard a lot, and I canā€™t think of a more complimentary word for a summertime drink!

Community is one of the best parts of doing these markets! Come out and see what we are making for you!

Someone requested vegan treats so we delivered! This is a banana coconut hibiscus muffin. We took hibiscus flowers and made a powder, infusing the flowers into the banana and it created a pink muffin! Moist and flavorful, these turned out to be like a tropical vacation for your tastebuds!

Featured this week: Hibiscus! šŸŒŗ

Hibiscus is a tart summer superstar and has so many health benefits!

Hereā€™s a few:

It helps lower blood pressure, fights cell-damaging free radicals with rich antioxidants, supports liver function, and can assist with blood sugar control šŸ¤—

Find it in the botanical cooler and in our baked goods for this weeks Community Farmers Market šŸ©µ

Each week we feature new items. Hereā€™s the menu from last weekā€™s community market!

Working with flowers and herbs is one of my favorite things ever! I love creating with things that are beautiful and healing šŸŒ»šŸŒæ

Nature provides us with everything we need and to me is proof that our Heavenly Father is not only a healer and amazing artist but an abundant provider!

ā€The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land."

- Song of Solomon 2:12

Let me know if thereā€™s a flavor profile you are looking forward to !
