The historic renovation of 300 St. Charles Avenue celebrates the timeless character of New Orleans architecture. Exterior paint and plaster were carefully restored, while stairwells received detailed painting, lighting, and new carpeting. Office spaces and the conference room feature restored floors and authentic historic colors. Restrooms showcase marble mosaic flooring, porcelain tile with pencil detail, elegant sconces, and designer colors.

This renovation brings new life to the school’s main corridor with:
