She works in various types of metal leaf on one-of a kind objects from hand made mirrors, verre eglomise (reverse-glass gilding & painting), hand-carved and gilded pieces, inlays, gilded detailing of objects and furniture, decorative glassware and much more. She also works as an architectural and commercial gilder on a large and small scale, including sign gilding and window displays, furniture gi
lding, ceiling and molding work, exterior gilding and restoration of all kinds. Past projects include guitar detailing for Gibson Guitars, the restoration of St. Alphonsus and St. Mary's Church in New Orleans, lamp gilding for Christopher Spitzmiller ceramics (including several currently in the Oval Office), sign gilding for various businesses in Rockefeller Center and elsewhere around New York City and various gilded pieces for Tiffany & Co. Most recently, her work was on the cover and featured article in the September 2012 issue of Architectural Digest and is currently involved in the ongoing ceiling gilding project in Washington D.C's Union Station.
