It’s all in the details. 🤍

This custom plantation shutter features a split view, allowing the top and bottom louvers to operate independently — perfect for a guest bedroom where you want privacy without giving up all of your natural light.

Custom measured. Professionally installed. Made specifically for the window. ✨

Plantation shutters aren’t just for windows. 🤍

This bypass shutter was designed for a sliding glass door in an oceanfront condo — giving the space a clean, finished look while still allowing easy access to the slider.

Beautiful, functional, and perfect for coastal living. 🌊

Commercial project today ☀️

Installing solar roller shades throughout the Finance Department at the City of New Smyrna Beach — helping reduce glare and heat while still keeping the space bright and comfortable.

We love working on both residential and commercial spaces throughout Volusia County.

Natural texture + modern convenience. 🤍

We installed these beautiful Hunter Douglas Providence Natural Woven Shades in this Port Orange home and left them unlined to keep that light, organic look and let the natural weave really shine.

All of the shades are motorized with PowerView®, and one features top-down/bottom-up operation for even more control over light and privacy.

I love the warmth these added to the space without making the windows feel heavy. ✨

BEFORE → AFTER ✨

Too many panels + a traditional tilt bar → a cleaner, more streamlined bypass shutter.

Sometimes the right configuration makes all the difference.

Another new project in the works! 🤍

These windows are getting custom plantation shutters with 4½″ louvers, hidden tilt and split view — giving this room a clean, updated look with plenty of control over light and privacy.

This is the BEFORE… can’t wait to show you the finished room! ✨

One of my favorite parts of a new construction project is getting involved before everything is finished. 🤍

Today we’re finalizing window treatments, fabrics and finishes with the designer and making sure everything works beautifully with the home as a whole.

There’s so much more that goes into custom window treatments than choosing a shade — measurements, mounting, light control, privacy, fabrics, colors and how everything works with the overall design.

Can’t wait to see this one come together!

A new project is underway! ✨

These existing roller shades and fabric verticals in the condo’s common area and gym have definitely seen better days — and it’s time for an upgrade.

We’ll be replacing them with new 3% solar roller shades to help with glare and sun while giving both spaces a much cleaner, updated look.

This is the BEFORE… stay tuned for the transformation! 👀☀️

Another project in the works! ☀️

We’re measuring these three large outdoor openings for motorized exterior ZIP screens — a great way to create a more comfortable outdoor living space while helping with sun, heat and glare.

And yes, The Shade Studio does exterior shades too! 🙌

Can’t wait to come back and show you the finished project.
