5 years ago, the course of my life changed.

I was a college kid who moved back to my hometown after living on my college campus. I started my therapy journey and went through some really hard moments where I saw no light.

If you are a spicy-brain girlie like me, I’m here to tell you that YOU MATTER. You have purpose.

I had to be this version of myself before I could become the successful version of myself. I was healing and had to be the girl who had to fight every day to be here. And I’m still learning every day, but the last five years of my life have been so truly transformative and, in my eyes, a miracle- because I didn't think the woman that I am now would have blossomed from the broken young adult who was going THROUGH IT.

Present Bri is so thankful to past Bri for asking for help. I haven’t looked back since, and now I live a full life with my sweet family that fills my cup with more joy and peace than I ever knew possible.
