5 travel tips you must know before visiting Paris 🇫🇷
Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, but knowing these tips before your trip can make your experience much easier.
1. Arrive before 9 AM if you want photos without crowds at the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe.
2. Download helpful apps before arriving: The Fork (restaurant deals), Google Maps, Citymapper (metro & buses), and Toilet Finder for public bathrooms.
3. Bring a refillable water bottle. In restaurants you can ask for “une carafe d’eau”, which is a free pitcher of water.
4. Watch out for pickpockets, especially in tourist areas and in the metro.
5. Wear comfortable shoes. Paris is a very walkable city and you’ll be walking a lot.
