Anyone can design a beautiful room.
But hospitality design isn’t just about creating a beautiful space.
It’s about creating an experience.
Plans, materials and 3D renderings are only three dimensions.
The FOURTH dimension is what can’t be rendered: the atmosphere, the energy, the sound of the room, the lighting, the conversations, and the emotions people take home with them.
That’s why, after opening night, you’ll often find us sitting at the bar with a drink in hand.

Congratulations to 3rd Space Hospitality on this feature in Fluent Magazine.
It’s been a pleasure working on Maison Close Soho, Maison Close Southampton, Ayah, and Monsieur Bistro.
Each restaurant has its own personality, and it’s been exciting to help shape these concepts into unique dining experiences.

Some projects are about design. Others are about history.
Before becoming Le Bistroquet, this space was Le BXL Zoute, owned by Yves Michiels, and a true institution for the Belgian community in New York. It was where people gathered to watch football matches, celebrate, and feel at home.
When Nicolas Bettoni took over, our goal was to respect that legacy while creating a restaurant that reflected his own personality and vision. We kept a few Belgian touches, along with some classic Belgian dishes, while transforming the space into a warm French bistro with an international neighborhood feel.
Rich reds, artwork sourced from Europe, white painted brick walls, warm lighting, a retro bar, and red leather banquettes all come together to create a timeless, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
