🎄 Not impressed by Yuletide Carols Designer Series Paper? Take another look!

I'll admit, this collection presented a bit of a creative challenge. Lots of vintage sheet music and neutral tones... but I wanted to see just how many different looks I could create with it.

Here are five Christmas cards from my latest Live! Four were planned, and the fifth came together from the scraps left on my craft table. Because sometimes those leftovers have ideas of their own! ✂️

✂️ Tuesday Tip: Don't toss that die cut!

Ever positioned a die just a little too close to the edge and accidentally cut off part of your design?

Don't start over! Sometimes all you need is a strategically placed embellishment to hide the mistake.

In this case, a little holly covered the accidentally cut edge, and voilà! No one will know! 😉🎄

✂️ Consejo del martes: ¡No tires ese troquelado!

¿Alguna vez has colocado un troquel demasiado cerca del borde y has cortado accidentalmente parte del diseño?

¡No hace falta empezar de nuevo! A veces basta con colocar un adorno estratégicamente para disimular el error.

En este caso, unas hojitas de acebo taparon el borde cortado por accidente y... ¡nadie se dará cuenta! 😉🎄

🎃 Something Special Saturday | A Little Halloween Cheer!

Sometimes, the best reason to make a card is simply to make someone smile. ❤️

My friend Nicole and I had a wonderful time making these Halloween cards for , an organization that brings encouragement and joy to children in hospitals. 🎃👻

A little paper, some colorful characters, and lots of love went into these cards. 👻🦇🎃

Because a handmade card can carry something very special: the message that someone is thinking of you.
