1-6pm on May 23 (rain date May 24), come visit us for the almost-summer ART vibes. No cops, no ICE, all NYC, music, chisme, rumbita suave and highlighting local artists with a focus on q***r artists of color.

We have original creations in all forms. One of a kind pieces, prints, stickers, candles, matchboxes, jewelry, illustration, live pet portraits and more!

Come for the art and stay for the delicious hot dogs served by to keep you going through the day.

ART 2025 RECAP! ⭐️💓🌀 Los queremos muchísimo!

*hard to choose 20 slides, but y’all are special so we left raw audio of a few of the special days, nights, & people that formed part of our 4th year - we love you so much*

This year meant new challenges, new problems solved, new ways to keep the togetherness and love alive amidst running a business and fighting against the rise of fascism and xenophobia in our country.

⭐️We remain true to who we are: q***r, immigrants, & New Yorkers. Wouldn’t be us if we weren’t in Jackson Heights. This neighborhood keeps up alive and on our toes

We were fed, loved on, helped, and held up by all of y’all. We had our biggest anniversary art show to date with NO BAD ART. The outpouring of love and help that we got from folks was wild - the second we got vulnerable and asked for help is the second that y’all pulled up. We can’t thank you enough for literally helping us dust, move, reorganize, price and beyond. 🥹 it meant the world.

Feat.: our halal truck friend, Bashir, who saves us from hunger many night by having the food ready right as we pull up. 🫡🩵

2025 meant new signage, a beautiful gate painting by our friend and brilliant artist, DJ nights with another beautiful friend and artist, we got to dance salsa and cumbia, celebrate and eat in community.

It meant adding to our offerings by becoming a gem-filled
*THRIFT & VINTAGE BOOK & TOY SHOP*

All of our visitors, customers, students and friends of all ages were able to tap into their inner joy and have fun creating, indulging in a new set of paints, have a night to themselves, and more than anything be able to live in complete creativity and happiness within these walls.

We explored the outdoors with evening plaster sculpting classes, sidewalk merengue hangs, and summer plein air sessions.

We were so overwhelmed that we took no pictures or videos of our anniversary and holiday party, so swipe on over to slide 19 for a delusional moment of silliness after seven days of nonstop morning to midnight work. 🧚🏽‍♂️
