For our community art workshop of the month, we are hosting a Sashiko Embroidery class led by Christopher Gomez and we are excited af! Ages 12+

Come learn Sashiko, a fun & functional technique of visible mending and embroidery for fabrics and clothing. Bring a piece of clothing in need of repair or come and create a sashiko patch that you can use to mend a piece later.

Come through & get to mending cuties!

Damaris is an Ecuadorean American powerhouse of an artist and really dives into the reasoning and methods of every medium she teaches. Don’t miss out on this! Two Sundays! For adults and artists ages 12ish & up. ⚡️

Join us the next two Sundays to learn, explore and create your own Cyanotypes at ART. Cyanotypes are a very fun and accessible art form that lets you play with shadows, angles, composition and shapes. It’s where we get the word “blueprint”. An early form of developing prints from already existing objects - aka lowkey photography.

Join Brenda and new art friends as you learn how to map out an oil painting, use oil paint and mediums, proper brush technique, color mixing and layering.

Every Tuesday in July from 3-5pm. All materials included. For adults and teens. Recommend coming to all but drop ins are also welcome. Take advantage of the first class being $20 and then get hooked. 💙🎨
