π Ingredients
π₯ 1Β½ cups grated carrots
πΎ 1Β½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
π¬ ΒΎ cup (150g) sugar
π₯ 2 eggs
π§ Β½ cup (120ml) oil or melted butter
π₯ 1 tsp baking powder
π₯ Β½ tsp baking soda
π§ ΒΌ tsp salt
πΏ 1 tsp cinnamon
πΌ 1 tsp vanilla
π§ Cream Cheese Frosting
π§ 1 cup cream cheese
π§ ΒΌ cup butter
π¬ 1 cup powdered sugar
πΌ Β½ tsp vanilla

1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease cake pan.
2οΈβ£ Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
3οΈβ£ Add grated carrots and mix.
