When our clients decided it was finally time to renovate after 15 years, our goal wasn’t simply to update finishes. They wanted to completely change how the apartment felt.
In the foyer, polished Eramosa marble, lighter moldings, reflective wall finishes, and raised doorways immediately created a brighter, more welcoming arrival. The living room was reimagined with a more functional furniture plan, a custom marble fireplace, and a hidden television integrated with a custom mirror. Throughout the apartment, subtle layers of grey, beige, and taupe created a monochromatic palette with depth, while the primary bedroom became a calm retreat with comfortable seating positioned to take full advantage of the views.
