We also do space-planning for large commercial projects, and new home construction. Interesting design show “Object” in Rotterdam. Found the designs featured to be more organic in nature, which makes sense as this is curated show, not a mass market event. Felt like a cross between an art opening & trade fair in NYC.
However, cannot say I love Rotterdam, even with mild temps & blue skies. The city suffered near total destruction May 1940 by Germans. So very much post war rebuilding , I think personally like the historic charm of European cities.

Got to love the Brits.. Private members club, with 42 acres of prime real estate in Fulham, (think american country club, but in middle of Brooklyn). Membership is currently closed, with a 30 year waiting list, as membership is hereditary. Phones banned, so no photos, but got one pulling up.
It is considered the birth place of Polo, with William & Kate as some of the members.

Great to be back in London, just walking to meet friends and biz meetings you walk passed iconic landmarks. Growing up in Europe, I differently took the architecture & history for granted of all these wonderful conntries,
