I cooked a pot of spaghetti tonight and divided up in freezer bags 1 cup spaghetti and 1/4 cup of sauce, 6 points. Then I will freeze them. For an easy and quick lunch just pop in microwave for a minute or so and add Parmesan cheese 3T for 2 points. Makes your lunch total 8 points. Very convenient

Some days call for a salad. Other days call for a giant frosty that tastes like cake batter. 😆 Thankfully, this one fits right into my WW day. It's cold, creamy, packed with protein, and feels way more indulgent than 3 points.
