Boil couscous in water and sauté with olive oil, capers and sun-dried tomatoes. Add couscous to bottom of parchment paper, top with baby spinach, place wild halibut on top and top with thyme, lemon, olive oil and fresh pepper. Wrap in paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Enjoy.

Cut a 1 inch piece of peeled Turmeric and a 1 inch piece of peeled ginger into 3 pieces. Add to 2 cups of water and bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 tsp of raw honey and a squeeze of lemon. Boosts immunity and great for your gut.

Roasting beets is simple:
Cut stems off and rinse beets under water. Dry and drizzle with a little olive oil. Wrap in foil and roast at 400 degrees F for 45 min. Remove from oven and let cool then run under water to easily remove skin. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
High in antioxidants. Great for your brain, liver and gut.
