Banana Walnut Dream Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup chopped walnuts
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and walnuts. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.

Cookie Dough:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup heat-treated flour (to make it safe to eat raw)
1–2 teaspoons milk
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Ice Cream Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup brown sugar, packed
⅛ cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
½ cup mini chocolate chips
¾ of the prepared cookie dough (formed into small balls)
Additional Toppings:
4–8 oz Cool Whip (for frosting)
Extra mini chocolate chips
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Bake the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Add the egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the boiling water (batter will be thin—this is normal).
Divide the batter evenly between two greased 8-inch cake pans.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cakes cool completely on wire racks.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cookie Dough:
Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and heat-treated flour. Add milk, one teaspoon at a time, until the dough reaches a scoopable consistency.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Form ¾ of the cookie dough into small balls and refrigerate until firm. Save the remaining dough for garnish.

- 8 oz fresh spinach

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Directions:

Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain any excess fat.

Instructions:
Bake the Cake

8g Vanilla sugar 🍦
A pinch of salt 🧂
125g Vanilla yogurt 🍨
50ml milk 🥛
100ml oil 🌻
200g Flour 🍞
8g Baking powder 🧁
Strawberry jam 🍓
Almonds (for topping) 🌰

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Add vanilla yogurt, milk, and oil. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add flour and baking powder, stirring until the batter is lump-free.
Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to each muffin cup.
Top with more batter, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle almond slices on top for added crunch and flavor.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the muffins.

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup grated Pecorino cheese
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces prosciutto
8 ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature
2 peaches, sliced
Hot honey (for drizzling)
Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Cheesy Base:
On a baking sheet, mix together the Parmesan, Pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly across the sheet.

Assemble the Bread:

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease & flour 3 round 9-inch cake pans.

Chicken shawarma recipe

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
Salt to taste
2 seasoning cubes
1 teaspoon of Curry powder
1 teaspoon of dried Thyme
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
2 teaspoons of Garlic salt
Crushed chillies to taste
2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
6 Pita bread
2 Tomatoes

1 small Cabbage
1 small Lettuce (optional)
3 medium sized Carrots
2 small Red bell peppers (Tatashe)
Dry pepper to taste
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Foil paper

Instructions
Wash and cut the vegetables into thin strips and set aside

Wash the chicken and then cut it horizontally into 4 pieces. Each piece should be about ½ inch thick.

Season the chicken, mix thoroughly then leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 – 45 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of Mamador Pure Vegetable Oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the fridge and place in the pan. Cook chicken for 2-3 mins until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred into smaller pieces, and set aside. Now time to put it all together. Place pita bread on foil paper and place a combination of the sliced vegetables on it. Add the shredded chicken on top, scoop on Mayonnaise and Ketchup and sprinkle on a little dry pepper Wrap with the foil paper. Repeat the process with the other 5 pieces of pita bread. Place the wraps in the pan and let it heat for 5 minutes.

Bread in 5 minutes. If only I knew this recipe 20 years ago! 🍞🕒

Ingredients:
- Mehl: 800 g
- Salt: 2 teaspoons.
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons.
- Dry yeast: 10 g
- Warm water: 500 ml
- Olive oil: 30 ml.

Preparation:
1. 800g of flour through a sieve seven to create a very soft dough.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10 g of dry yeast.
3. Add 500 ml lukewarm water and 30 ml olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Letting the dough rest in a warm place for 2 hours, until it doubled in volume.
5. Divide the dough into 2 parts, shape into balls and roll them out.
6. Roll up the dough, squeeze the edges together and let sit in a warm place another 30-40 minutes.
7. Coat with milk and olive oil before baking.
8. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Letting it cool before serving.

•1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
•1/4 cup fresh parsley
•1/4 cup fresh cilantro
•1 clove garlic
•1 tsp ground cumin
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•2 tbsp whole-wheat flour
•1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
✓Tahini Sauce:

•2 tbsp tahini
•Juice of 1/2 lemon
•1 clove garlic, minced
•Water (to thin)
✓Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, baking powder, and flour in a food processor until smooth.
Form small patties and place them on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Instructions:

Prepare the Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. 🥔

Add Broccoli:
After 20 minutes, add broccoli florets to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Roast for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and tender. 🥦
