Today’s Goddess Retreat was such a beautiful reminder of how important it is to slow down. 🤍

We meditated, grounded together, and experienced Maison Palo Santo® Palo Santo breathing exercises that made my entire body tingle. It was such a powerful moment of calm, connection, and beautiful energy.

In this fast and very loud world, we need to find time for ourselves - to breathe, reset, and protect our energy. Sometimes, even one moment of stillness can help us return to our lives feeling more peaceful, balanced, and present.

Thank you to every beautiful woman who attended and to all the amazing vendors who made this experience extra special.

And a very special thank you to Livi Livier Gutierrez for organizing another beautiful retreat and for all the love, care, and energy you pour into creating these experiences for us. It truly shows in every detail ❤️

Meet the fruit of the Palo Santo tree.

Hidden beneath its outer flesh is the dark seed you’re seeing in this video. These seeds are nature’s next generation, carefully collected for our reforestation efforts or naturally dispersed by birds that enjoy the fruit before carrying the seeds into the forest to begin new life.

But the fruit itself has another beautiful gift…
