This balloon arrangement is made using:
• 5-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch latex balloons
• Balloon clusters in different sizes
• A sturdy balloon stand base
• One 2-foot teddy bear
Each balloon cluster is carefully assembled and attached to the balloon stand to create a full, elegant, and balanced design. Teddy bears are placed and secured to enhance the final look, creating a beautiful and eye-catching gift.

1. Inflate latex balloons in different sizes (5”, 12”, and 18”).
2. Create balloon clusters by tying balloons together in mixed sizes.
3. Assemble the balloon stand base.
4. Attach balloon clusters to the stand, starting from the bottom and working your way up.
5. Secure the teddy bears in the center and around the arrangement.
6. Adjust balloons and accessories until everything looks balanced and polished.
