We translated the building’s essence into the intimate scale of the interior apartments, where the lobby’s brick evolves into a delicate palette of terracotta and ochre. Continuing the design language of the common areas, we integrated rich woods, organic-shaped lighting, and rhythmic geometric patterns which achieve an aesthetic of timeless glamour.

The result is a balance of sophistication and warmth that defines a new era of residential luxury in Brooklyn.

At Spearhead, the “coming home” feeling is never left to chance. We use technical precision to turn Golden Era charm into a tangible reality optimizing costs and eliminating surprises.

The Gym Transformation:
We turned a dark basement into an exclusive “private club” vibe. By stripping the clutter and adding bespoke wood cladding, we created a seamless, high-end sanctuary where even the bike storage is part of the architecture.

Our objective, at Concord, was beyond renovation; it was to exhume a lost identity.

Architecture is often a form of archaeology and by digging into the city archives, we discovered that what is now a generic structure was once a 1920s Party Favors Factory.

That was our “aha” moment and inspiration to bring that history back to life, mixing the grit of Industrial Brooklyn with the glamour of the Golden Era for our design proposal.

Open House Tour!!

We had the chance to visit the Open House at Lorimer,
a project we’ve been involved with since day one.

Located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn,
Lorimer features four residences
and over 5,000 square feet of built space.

By designing every detail we were able to bring this vision to life.

How do you bring elegance and “height” to a narrow urban lot?

We’re big believers that “substance” lives in the details you might miss at first glance.

For this project, it was all about upward rhythm. By leaning into vertical brickwork and a seamless window integration, we’ve shifted the perspective making a compact lot feel unexpectedly expansive.

It’s less about how much space you have, and more about how you guide the eye through it. By replacing harsh, defensive corners with soft, sculptural curves, we’ve removed the visual “dead ends” typical of narrow urban sites.
The monochromatic green-grey palette lets that geometry do the talking. No noise, just a quiet, powerful presence on the street.

We decided to take a little risk here, and it totally paid off.
Originally, we were thinking of a lighter look for the bathroom, but something told us to go bold. We pivoted to this moodier, spa like vibe with deep black stone and brushed gold details, and it completely changed the energy of the room.

It feels less like a standard bathroom and more like a private sanctuary where you can actually unplug.

Sometimes, those gut feeling design choices are the ones that make a home truly special.

Would you go dark and moody for your own bathroom? Let us know!

Honestly, we’re obsessed with how this kitchen turned out. We wanted to prove that you can have all that “industrial cool” without losing the feeling of home.

It’s a delicate balance: the black cabinetry and stone give it that high-end look, but the warm wood and all that natural light keep it feeling super cozy and inviting.

It’s become a bit of a signature for us creating spaces that look sharp but feel even better to live in.

What do you think? Are you team “bright and airy” or do you love a little bit of drama in the kitchen?

Next up: 19 North Henry, a six-unit boutique condo in Williamsburg.
In a market dominated by standard industrial lofts, our goal was clear: strategic differentiation.
This facade has become a true signature of our studio a trademark look that is far from accidental; it is a calculated architectural statement.

Working within 7,300 square feet, we focused heavily on layout optimization to ensure every inch was functional, efficient, and market-ready. We developed a “Soft Industrial” design language, pairing high-contrast elements with warm, tactile textures. This bridges the gap between the neighborhood’s edgy character and the level of comfort today’s buyers demand. The result is a cohesive architectural identity that doesn’t just stand out it sells.
