Behind every custom Lamontage® textile is a hands-on process rooted in artistry and care. Here's a behind-the-scenes look in our studio: once the fibers are hand-placed, the piece is run through our needle punching machine to fuse the layers into a complete strike off.

Every custom pattern and colorway is made this way—with no additional charge—so you can see and feel the final effect before we go into full production.

In the studio working on a custom moody colorway of our Floating Fossette pattern. This palette moves from deep aubergine to cerulean blue, layering color with painterly depth. The result? An impressionist-style Lamontage® textile that captures light, movement, and emotion — a favorite for those who design with feeling.
