🛠️ In-Progress Build in Midtown Manhattan! 🏙️

Flexibility is everything in modern venue design. We’re currently on-site working on an impressive 4-way divisible room project engineered for ultimate versatility! ⚡

When the partition walls deploy, each space needs its own full projection setup—without cluttering up the ceiling when it’s not in use.

Here’s what we’re installing:
• 4x Recessed Motorized Projector Screens 🖥️
• 4x Hidden In-Ceiling Tile Motorized Projector Lifts 🏗️

By integrating the hardware flush directly into the ceiling grid, the technology completely disappears when stowed, keeping the room looking clean and spacious. ✨

Shoutout to our crew handling the precision framing and hardware mounts! 👷‍♂️

More updates to come as this build progresses—stay tuned! 👀

Luxury living is defined by how effortlessly your environment adapts to your needs.

If you’re balancing a busy lifestyle inside a luxury apartment or a historic townhome, walking room-to-room to flip switches or wrestling with a chaotic graveyard of remote controls shouldn't be part of your daily routine.

In our latest blog post, we dive into the top 3 smart home upgrades that eliminate daily friction while seamlessly elevating your home's aesthetic:

💡 Smart Lighting Control: Swap out messy light switches for elegant, custom-programmed keypads. One tap on a “Goodnight” button can dim the lights, secure your privacy shades, and turn off your audio simultaneously.

☀️ Motorized Window Shades: Preserve your spectacular skyline views while automatically managing solar heat gain, protecting your artwork from UV damage, and ensuring complete privacy.

🎵 Whole-House Distributed Audio: High-performance sound shouldn't mean visual clutter. Learn how flush-mounted or completely invisible speakers can be integrated directly behind your drywall, letting music flow through your space without a single visible speaker grille.

Whether you are navigating a co-op renovation or upgrading your current residence, a unified system (like Savant or RTI) brings fluid, one-app control to your entire environment.

Modern Comfort Meets Sleek Design in Hudson Yards 🏙️

There is something special about New York City living—especially when a space perfectly balances clean, modern comfort with beautiful, functional details.

We recently completed this window treatment and design installation for a client in Manhattan, bringing a fresh, tailored look to their beautiful apartment.

What makes this space work:
☀️ Effortless Light Control: Custom motorized roller shades seamlessly manage natural light across the expansive windows, providing instant privacy or a bright, open view at the touch of a button.
🪵 Warm, Textural Contrast: The custom sliding barn door adds a layer of rich, natural wood warmth that perfectly balances the room's sleek lines and contemporary furniture.
🔌 Smart, Clean Integration: High-end tracking and low-profile finishes keep the focus exactly where it should be—on clean design, ease of use, and comfortable everyday living.

From smart home automation to custom finishing touches, the right details can completely transform how you experience your home.

Progress update from our latest project in Tribeca! 🛠️🎬

We are currently putting the finishing touches on a fully integrated, high-end home cinema and full surround sound setup designed to blend seamlessly into this incredible industrial-modern loft.

Here is a look at what we are installing:
🔹 Motorized Drop-Down Projection Screen: Positioned perfectly to deliver a true movie-theater experience when down, but rolls completely out of sight to preserve those gorgeous, iconic arched windows.
🔹 Full Surround Sound System: Discreetly mounted, high-performance audio components are strategically dialed in across the space to provide bone-rattling acoustics without clashing with the raw brick aesthetic.
🔹 Clean, Minimalist Integration: Zero messy wires, zero design compromises. Technology that respects the architecture.

Stay tuned for the final calibrated reveal! 🥂

🏙️ Luxury Living in Hudson Yards: The "Invisible" Home Theater
In a New York City penthouse, every square inch of wall space and every view counts. When our client in Hudson Yards asked for a cinematic experience that wouldn't block their skyline, we went with a stealth-luxury approach.

Now You See It, Now You Don't
We installed a custom motorized drop-down projection screen that remains completely hidden within the ceiling architecture when not in use. No bulky TV taking up wall space—just clean lines and incredible views.

Key Features of this Build:
Architectural Integration: The screen housing is flush-mounted to disappear into the ceiling.

One-Touch Transformation: Integrated with the home automation system—one press of a button lowers the screen and sets the mood.

Pro Audio: High-performance sound that fills the room without the clutter of traditional floor speakers.

Whether it’s a championship game or a movie premiere, this setup brings the theater experience home without sacrificing the aesthetic of a modern Manhattan residence.

✅ Drive Sales: Strategic audio can boost revenue by up to 23% in hospitality settings.
✅ Protect Privacy: Professional sound masking is a must for NYC medical clinics and corporate offices.

From historic Tribeca lofts to modern Hudson Yards showrooms, we design systems that handle the unique acoustic challenges of NYC architecture. 🏛️
