Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Bites 🔥😋😋

Ingredients:
* 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
* 6 slices ham
* 1 cup mozzarella or Swiss cheese (shredded or sliced)
* 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
* 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
3. Layer ham and cheese onto each square (add cream cheese if using).
4. Fold or seal edges to form pockets.
