Grandma’s Fluffy Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffins
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup milk
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with batter. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Brush the tops of the warm muffins with melted butter, then dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Let cool slightly and enjoy these fluffy, cinnamon-spiced treats!

Orange Creamsicle Cake 🍰🍊
Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin mix
1 cup orange juice
½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp orange extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the vanilla cake mix and orange gelatin mix together.
3. Pour in the orange juice, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix on medium speed until everything is well combined.
4. Divide the batter equally between both pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
5. Once baked, let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.
6. For the frosting, beat the softened butter at high speed until it’s light and fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well each time. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
7. After all the powdered sugar is incorporated, your frosting may look dry. Add in the heavy cream and orange extract (if using), then beat at high speed until smooth and creamy.
8. Frost your cooled cakes and stack them beautifully. Enjoy every delightful slice of your Orange Creamsicle Cake!

Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls ✨🧀
Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage (hot or mild, depending on preference)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained well
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups Bisquick or another baking mix
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Sausage Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick.
Mix thoroughly with a spoon or your hands until well combined.
Shape the Balls:
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Best Pizza Dough
Recipe👇
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Proofing The Yeast
In a bowl add the sugar, ½ cup of warm water and one packet of active dry yeast and stir. This can be done right in the base of a stand mixer or in a separate bowl. Allow the yeast to set for 10 minutes.
Mixing The Pizza Dough
Mix together the flour, salt and Italian seasoning blend (optional) until combined. Add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and an additional ½ cup of warm water on top to the dough mixture.
Start the mixer or food processor with the dough attachment. Mix until the flour combines, about a minute. Turn the speed up on the mixer to medium high and mix for a full five minutes. The dough should pull away from the bowl and be stretchy when you are done
Letting The Dough Rise
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a heatproof bowl. With a silicone brush, brush the oil in a thin layer all over the inside of the bowl. Transfer the dough to the bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place the dough in a warm place near the stove as it warms up, and allow it to rise for 30 minutes.
Stretching The Dough
Add a light handful of flour to a clean surface your rolling pin, and a sprinkle of flour to the dough. Kneed the dough just a few times by gently stretching the dough, folding it in half and then digging the heels of your hand into the dough. Just a couple of quick kneads will help you start stretching the dough and adding flour if it is too sticky. Then start rolling and streching the dough to use with your favorite recipe.
To Make Pizza
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Oil the pan or add a handful of cornmeal evenly to the pan for a crunchy bottom that doesn't stick to the pan.
Keep stretching the dough until it is about 12 inches across. If a hole develops you can pinch the dough back together, or even reroll it into a ball and try to stretch the dough again until you have a 12 inch wide circle.

🍲 Creamy White Chicken Chili Bowl 🌶️

Warm up with this delicious Creamy White Chicken Chili Bowl! It’s hearty, flavorful, and perfect for chilly days. Top it off with crispy tortilla strips for an extra crunch!

Ingredients:
For the Chili:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Crispy Tortilla Strips:
4 corn tortillas, cut into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken: In a large pot or Dutch oven, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté over medium heat until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Add the Ingredients: Stir in the diced tomatoes, white beans, Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, cream of chicken soup, milk, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Simmer: Bring the chili to a gentle simmer. Cover and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors meld together.
Prepare the Crispy Tortilla Strips: While the chili is simmering, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the tortilla strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake the Strips: Bake the tortilla strips in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serve: Ladle the creamy white chicken chili into bowls and top with the crispy tortilla strips. Enjoy warm!

Pickled Shrimp Recipe

✨ Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 small onion, thinly sliced

✨ Instructions:

Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a pot, then reduce heat to low.

Add garlic, salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, bay leaf, mustard seeds, and coriander seeds.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are just cooked through.

Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

Add the sliced onion to a jar and pour the shrimp mixture over it.

Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
