Just another day at the Birch Robot workshop. ❤️⁠

Clocks being cut, assembled and tested, orders getting ready to head out the door... and Emma making sure everything is running smoothly. 😂⁠

She loves wandering around the workshop whenever she visits, and apparently that now includes inspecting packages before they're shipped.⁠

It's still a little surreal sometimes to look around this place and think about how Birch Robot started with me drawing characters and making clocks myself back in 2018.⁠

Now I get to watch my daughter explore the workshop where we're still making them today. ❤️⁠

A few months ago, I walked into this empty warehouse in Riverside, California with the keys in my hand and a lot of ideas for what it could become.

When I started Birch Robot in 2018, I never imagined that one day I’d have a workshop like this — or a small team helping me bring my artwork to life every day.

Every clock we make is handcrafted and packed right here in our workshop before heading to its new home.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has purchased one of my clocks, shared my work, followed along, or supported Birch Robot over the years. You helped make this possible. ❤️

Meet Charlie the Golden Retriever - the newest and happiest tail-wagger in the Birch Robot family 🐶

Charlie is full of love, always ready for an adventure, and believes every day is a good day when you’re surrounded by your favorite people. Friendly, playful, and endlessly loyal, he’s the kind of companion who instantly makes a house feel like home.

Fun facts about Charlie:
🐾 Golden Retrievers are known for their friendly, gentle nature and love being around people. 🎾 They were originally bred to retrieve game, which explains why they’re famous for carrying toys everywhere they go. 🦮 They’re incredibly intelligent and are often chosen as guide dogs, therapy dogs, and search-and-rescue companions. 💛 Their cheerful personalities and loyal hearts have made them one of the world’s most beloved dog breeds.

Whether he’s brightening up a nursery, playroom, or family room, Charlie is always ready to keep time with a smile, and maybe convince you to throw one more tennis ball.
If Charlie had one life motto, it would be: “Life is better with wagging tails, muddy paws, and the people you love.” 🐶
