The studio has grown exponentially—in scope and size, now encompassing three locations. Current commissions include residences in New York, estates in Napa and Florida, as well as multiple homes for Michael Kors and his executive offices. Development projects include 1 Seaport, an all glass residential tower in lower Manhattan, Waterline Square, an illustrious collaboration with Rafael Viñoly, and Halcyon, a serene and luxurious building in Midtown East.
