🍒Cherry Pistachio Cookies 💚 Recipe ⬇️
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup of softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 box Instant Pistachio Pudding (3.4 oz box)
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup candied cherries (cut in quarters)

Beat butter until fluffy, add powdered sugar, almond extract & pudding mix. Beat until combined.
Add flour and continue to mix. Gently stir in cherries. Once dough is all combined, put in a ziplock bag and freeze for 15min or can be refrigerated overnight.
Scoop out cookie dough with a small cookie scoop onto parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
Once cooled, drizzle with icing.

To make icing… mix powered sugar and milk ( a little milk at a time) till you reach your desired thickness. You can add Wilton white icing for a whiter color.

Creamy Salmon & Tomato Pasta Dish 😋
In Olive Oil, sauté a diced medium Onion and 2 sliced Garlic Cloves. Add in 1 1/2 cup of halved Cherry Tomatoes, season with salt & pepper and let it cook down. Add in fresh Salmon that has been cleaned and deboned. I cut it up into bite size pieces. Once it’s halfway cooked, add in about 2 cups of heavy cream. Once the cream starts to heat up add in about 2 handfuls of grated cheese. Stir well and drop flame to a simmer. Add in your pasta that is halfway cooked, and stir till coated in sauce. Add chopped fresh parsley and another handful of cheese. Stir and continue to simmer till desired creaminess of sauce. It thickens as it keeps simmering. 🍝

Light and crispy

Recipe: 6 eggs, 2 sticks of melted butter, 3 1/2 cups Flour, 4 tsp Baking Powder, 1 1/2 cups Sugar, 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually, add cooled butter. Sift in flour & baking powder and stir till combined.

Marinated Flank Steak🥩 For Grilling Season 🔥

On a good size Flank Steak, trim off the fat.

In a container with a lid (or ziplock bag) mix:

Enough olive oil to coat… Measure with ur heart, 1 heaping tsp minced ginger, 3 grated garlic cloves, a handful of chopped parsley, 2 tsp ground rosemary, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste, a few shakes of soy sauce & 3 splashes of red wine vinegar. Whisk it all together and then lay in the flank steak. Make sure all side are coated and refrigerate for a few hrs. When you are ready to grill. Let it sit out about 30 you start to grill.

Nutella Chocolate Mousse Cake 🤎🎂
Recipe ⬇️
Cake Recipe:
1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet of Paneangeli Vanillina(optional)

Nutella Mousse Filling Recipe;
8 oz heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spray two 8″ round cake pans with nonstick spray. Line the bottom of pans with parchment paper, cut to fit the pans. Spray the parchment as well.
With an electric mixer, combine sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Stir in sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl mix your wet ingredients. Add the wet to your dry & combine with your mixer.
Divide the batter evenly among the 2 cake pans and bake for 25-35 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes and then remove them from the pans and cool completely on a wire rack.

Mousse Instructions/Recipe:
In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, refrigerator until ready to use.
In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and nutella until smooth. Slowly add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until smooth and incorporated.
Fold in reserved whipped cream., Return the mousse to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
