What grows outside glass, and what grows within it?

ARBORETUM evokes the forest after rain, with cedarwood, fir needle, damp earth, and moss. GLASSHOUSE brings the garden indoors, with citrus blossoms, green leaves, and warm sunlight through glass.

Two sides of the same garden, poured into 18oz candles with heavy glass vessels made for a second life. When the candle is finished, fill yours with flowers or something growing.

Available now. 🌿

We’ve ALL loved a plant that didn’t love us back. And no matter what we did, something was just never right. The light, watering a little too enthusiastically (and yeah, maybe forgetting it existed for a few weeks, lol). But listen, it happens, and it doesn’t mean plants aren’t for you.

Bring us your questions, your photos, your “what did I do?”, and we’ll help you figure it out (no judgement) and find something that feels at home in your home 🏡

We’re hiring! 🌿

The Old Yew is looking for a part time Shopkeeper to join our West Village team.

This is a hands on role for someone who loves plants, thoughtful retail, and the everyday rhythm of keeping a shop looking and feeling its best. You’ll help with plant care, repotting, customer guidance, merchandising, order fulfillment, and maintaining a calm, beautiful shop floor.

We’re looking for someone with retail experience, solid plant knowledge, and an eye for the little details that make a space feel cared for.

🌱 Part time, up to 20 to 30 hours per week
🌱 Weekend availability required
🌱 Primarily based in the West Village, with occasional support at our Upper West Side location

Sound like you? Apply via the link in our bio.
