French Toast Breakfast Sliders
These sweet and savory French Toast Breakfast Sliders are loaded with juicy breakfast sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and served on mini French toast rounds with a drizzle of warm maple syrup. They're perfect for weekend brunches, holiday breakfasts, or meal prep.
Ingredients
12 frozen mini French toast rounds
8 breakfast sausage patties
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
¼ cup maple syrup, warmed
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the mini French toast according to the package directions until golden and lightly crisp.
While the French toast cooks, prepare the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the egg mixture and gently scramble until soft and fluffy.
Place one mini French toast round on a serving tray. Top with a sausage patty, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add a second French toast round on top to create a slider. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
If desired, place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes to fully melt the cheese.
Drizzle the warm maple syrup over the sliders just before serving.
