On the Boards: New Commercial Lobby in Midtown Manhattan

We are excited to showcase renderings for our upcoming commercial lobby, set in Midtown's Plaza District that features a warm, finely crafted wood wall treatment, polished marble and stone wall finishes, and softly lit plaster coved ceilings. The combination of finishes composes a textural experience on multiple scales through contrasting materials, colors, and tones as one proceeds from the entrance to the elevators.

The lobby welcomes occupants and visitors with a new curved white marble reception desk, new steel and fritted glass canopy, and an updated entrance that visually opens the space to the street.
