Hershey’s Chocolate Cheesecake Cake 🎂💖
A decadent combination of moist Hershey’s chocolate cake and creamy chocolate cheesecake, layered together with a luscious chocolate ganache. Pure chocolate bliss! 😍
🍫 Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake:
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup Hershey’s cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
For the Chocolate Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
¼ cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted Hershey’s chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1½ cups chocolate chips
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
🌀 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Chocolate Cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate; mix until creamy.
Pour into a lined 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until center is set.
Let cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
Pour into two greased 9-inch pans.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cakes cool completely.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
Place one chocolate cake layer on a serving plate.
Add the chilled chocolate cheesecake layer on top.
Place the second chocolate cake layer over the cheesecake.
4️⃣ Make the Ganache:
Heat the heavy cream until steaming (not boiling).
Pour over chocolate chips and butter; let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
Cool slightly, then pour over the cake, letting it drip down the sides.
5️⃣ Chill & serve:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 100 g butter (melted)
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 packet vanilla extract
• 1 packet baking powder
• 2–2.5 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon mint flavoring or 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
• 80–100 g chocolate chips
For the topping (optional):
• Melted dark chocolate
• A few drops of mint flavoring
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light in color.
2. Add the melted butter, vegetable oil, and milk and mix.
3. Sift in the cocoa, vanilla, baking powder, and flour.
4. Add the mint extract and chocolate chips.
5. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 40–45 minutes.
7. Once cooled, drizzle with chocolate and serve.

Peanut Butter Cup Cake Roll
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
3 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons brewed coffee or water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup all-purpose flour
Powdered sugar (for rolling)
For the Filling & Topping:
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons + ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
7 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Make the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare a jelly roll pan with foil and cooking spray.
Mix eggs, sugar, coffee, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and spread in the pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Roll the warm cake in a sugared towel and let cool.
Prepare the Filling:
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter.

Ingredients:

🔹 1 tsp salt

🔹 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
For Baileys Buttercream Frosting:

Instructions:

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

Espresso Coffee Cheesecake
Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., Oreo or chocolate graham crackers)
3 tbsp (45g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, if cookies aren’t sweet)
For the Filling:
24 oz (680g) full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup (240g) sour cream, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp instant espresso powder (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp hot water
Optional Topping:
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings or espresso beans for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with melted butter (and sugar, if using) until it resembles wet sand.
Press firmly into the bottom (and slightly up the sides, if desired) of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool while you prepare the filling.
2. Make the Espresso Mixture:
Dissolve 1–2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Start with 1 tbsp if you prefer a milder coffee flavor; use 2 tbsp for a stronger hit. Let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

2 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
Lemon Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the First Layer (Classic Key Lime):
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
1 tablespoon key lime zest
3 large egg yolks
For the Second Layer (Creamy Lime Cheesecake):
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon key lime juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Third Layer (Whipped Cream Topping):
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish:
Additional lime zest
Lime slices or twists
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.

🍫 Double Chocolate Banana Layer Cake

⭐ Cake Ingredients
• 1 ¾ cups flour (220 g)
• ¾ cup cocoa powder (60 g)
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 large, very ripe bananas (mashed – ~1 ¼ cups)
• 1 cup sugar (200 g)
• ½ cup brown sugar (100 g)
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup yogurt or sour cream
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup hot water or hot coffee
• 1 cup chocolate chips



🍫 For the Chocolate Cream
• 200 g butter (at room temperature)
• 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 100 g melted dark chocolate (cooled)
• 4–6 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla



🍰 Preparation

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease two 8-inch cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl:
flour + cocoa + baking powder + baking soda + salt.
4. In a separate bowl:
whisk together the mashed banana + sugars + eggs + milk + yogurt + oil + vanilla.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
6. Slowly add the hot water/coffee (the batter should be runny).
7. Add the chocolate chips.
8. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
9. Bake for 28–32 minutes.
A toothpick may come out slightly moist (this is normal — the cake should be soft).
10. Let the cakes cool completely.



2️⃣ Chocolate Cream
1. Beat the butter for 3–4 minutes until fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar + cocoa.
3. Add melted and cooled dark chocolate.
4. Add 4–6 tablespoons of milk, depending on the consistency, to achieve a smooth cream.



3️⃣ Assembling the Cake
1. Place the first cake on a serving plate.
2. Spread a generous amount of chocolate cream on top.
3. Place the second cake layer on top.
4. Cover the entire cake with cream.
5. You can sprinkle chocolate chips or grated chocolate on top.



✨ Tips
• The riper the banana, the better the aroma.
• Hot coffee deepens the chocolate aroma (without changing the taste).
• If you let the cake rest overnight, it will be much softer and richer.

Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl:

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp melted butter

Glaze:

½ cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

✅ Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment and grease the sides.

Make the crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.

Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.

Make the cinnamon swirl: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.

Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drizzle half the cinnamon mixture. Repeat layers and swirl gently with a knife.
