PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:
~ College degree in construction or related field
~ 3 years retail-specific, 5 years minimum overall experience
~ Must know all phases of real estate/leasing, design/architecture and construction
~ National experience required
~ Proficient in all PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Microsoft Project
~ Super attention to detail
~ Able to understand and manage budgets, schedules and estimates
~ Schedule all master project schedule items, including integration of design, construction, furniture, IT, equipment and relocation schedules
~ Manage coordination of materials deliveries
~ Coordinate owner and vendor RFPs
~ Level bids
~ Project budgeting of all project budget line items and assumptions, including: design development and construction document budget updates; costs projection tracking against master project budget
~ Track and resolve all project issues
~ Some ACAD experience helpful
~ Provide strategic level project advice to client team
~ Team selection of all project consultants, contractors and other vendors
~ Meeting management of weekly project meeting, as well as other project-related meetings, including tracking and resolving all project issues
~ Report and document all project items, including providing clients with monthly project status reports that include all critical issues

Salary is commensurate with experience.
