At Meyer Davis, we believe great design begins with an understanding of how people how people connect with and move through space.

For Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, that meant creating spaces that embrace the ease and openness of life on the water. Floor-to-ceiling glass, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and thoughtfully considered gathering spaces allow the surrounding landscape to become part of the everyday experience.

We were honored to celebrate this week’s historic groundbreaking alongside Related Group and BH Group.

Partnering with has been transformative. Together we’ve created a destination that celebrates the Coral Gables lifestyle and community.

In an upcoming panel, co-founder Gray Davis and Associate Principal Nancy Santorelli will share the inspiration, materiality, and intention behind these interiors. A tribute to Coral Gables, “The City Beautiful,” and the art of living beautifully.
