The difference between a room and a home lives in the specificity.

Pink walls because the light needed it. Green velvet because it felt right. Layered textiles, mixed periods, high and low living together. A room that doesn't apologize for being specific. Rachel's space doesn't look like anything else because it's built around how she actually lives. Not a statement. Just a home that's completely hers.

KIPS BAY progress with the team.

You need drawings to build a room. You also need time. We're short on the second.

Bennie on site. Electrician. Plumber. General contractor. All of them asking what we're drawing and what we're solving on the fly. On a month-long timeline, you pick your battles. Every drawing has to count.

September 15th. The 8th floor opens. Before that, a lot of very specific conversations about what gets locked in and what gets figured out in real time.

Every project looks wildly different because every client is different. That’s what we base the design on. YOU.

9,000 square feet on the Sagaponack oceanfront. New construction from foundation to finish. A chef's kitchen. Two fitness rooms. An indoor spa. Guest accommodations. A separate guest house. Every space designed to function at full capacity while withstanding coastal climate.

High-performance materials in a refined envelope. Patterned wallpaper anchors a wet bar. Marble meets wood in the kitchen. Brass and stone in the bathrooms. Layered finishes that wear well and look intentional after years of salt air and heavy use.

We led every decision from early architecture through final installation. The result doesn't feel like a beach house. It feels like a fully realized estate that happens to be by the water
