🍰 **White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bars**

**What You’ll Need:**

* 1 pack **Golden Oreo cookies** (crushed)
* 5 tbsp melted butter
* 2 packs **Philadelphia Cream Cheese** (softened)
* ½ cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup melted **Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips**
* 1 cup fresh raspberries (like Driscoll’s Raspberries)

**How to Make Them:**

1. **Make the Base**
Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter.
Press firmly into a lined baking dish to form a crust.

2. **Prepare the Filling**
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in melted white chocolate until creamy.

3. **Add the Raspberry Swirl**
Gently mash some raspberries.
Pour filling over the crust, then swirl raspberry mixture through it.
Drop in a few whole raspberries for extra texture.

4. **Bake**
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 30–35 minutes until set.

Ingredients:

• 1 green 2-liter bottle of Sprite
• 1 blue packet of Kool-Aid Blue Raspberry Lemonade Unsweetened Drink Mix
• 1 red packet of Kool-Aid Cherry Unsweetened Drink Mix
• 1 yellow bag of Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar

Instructions:
