Indulge in these creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls that are perfect for a cozy dinner! They're rich, comforting, and oh-so-delicious.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until it's fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese along with the nutmeg, salt, and pepper until your sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain them.
6. Spread a generous layer of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
7. Lay a noodle on a flat surface, add a spoonful of cooked chicken and a bit more sauce, then roll it up tightly.
8. Place the rolls seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
9. Top the rolls with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with more Parmesan if you're feeling indulgent.
10. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the rolls are bubbly and golden on top.
