NUTRITION (per serving):
- Calories: 380kcal
- Protein: 18g
- Fat: 28g
- Carbs: 25g

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mild or medium salsa
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced (for ornaments and stars)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced (for ornaments)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced (for ornaments)
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- Tortilla chips, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare Vegetables: Finely dice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Set aside a small portion of finely diced red bell pepper. From the remaining red bell pepper, carefully cut out 6 small star shapes using a tiny cookie cutter or a sharp knife; these will be the tree toppers. Chop the green onions and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Drain the sliced black olives thoroughly.
2. Prepare Guacamole: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth and creamy. Stir in the fresh lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Ensure the guacamole is smooth enough to be piped.
3. Prepare Piping Bag: Transfer the prepared guacamole into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip (like a 1M or similar) or a large round tip. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a large resealable plastic bag and snip off one corner to create an opening for piping.
4. Layer the Dips: For each of the 6 individual clear serving glasses (approximately 8-10 ounce capacity), carefully layer the ingredients in the following order: First, spread about 1/4 cup of refried beans evenly at the bottom. Next, add about 2-3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese over the beans. Then, spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream on top of the cheese layer. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of salsa over the sour cream. Finally, sprinkle a layer of the drained sliced black olives and chopped green onions on top of the salsa layer.
5. Pipe the Guacamole Trees: Take the piping bag filled with guacamole and pipe a conical "Christmas tree" shape on top of the olive and green onion layer in each glass. Start piping a wider base and gradually narrow the stream as you pipe upwards to form a distinct tree shape.
6. Decorate the Trees: Gently press the finely diced red, yellow, and green bell peppers onto the piped guacamole "trees" to serve as colorful ornaments. Place a sliced cherry tomato half at the base of the guacamole tree on each side for a festive touch. Carefully place a red bell pepper star on the very top of each guacamole tree.
7. Serve: Arrange the festive 7-layer dip cups on a platter with tortilla chips for dipping. Serve immediately to enjoy the freshest flavors and textures, or refrigerate for up to 1-2 hours until ready to serve.

Prep: 40 minutes | Cook: 12 minutes | Servings: 6 servings

NUTRITION (per serving):
- Calories: 180kcal
- Protein: 15g
- Fat: 12g
- Carbs: 3g

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 slice yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese (for stars)
- Red star sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Cover with cold water by about an inch. Bring water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
2. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
3. Carefully peel the cooled eggs. Slice each egg lengthwise in half and gently scoop out the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg white halves on a serving platter.
4. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy. If using, stir in chopped chives or parsley.
5. Spoon the yolk mixture into a piping bag with a star tip (or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off). Pipe or spoon the mixture into the egg white cavities, building it up into a cone or small mound shape to resemble a Christmas tree base.
6. Gently sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese over each yolk mound to resemble snow. You can also lightly press some cheese onto the sides to help it stick and create a more textured, tree-like appearance.
7. Using a small star-shaped cookie cutter or a sharp knife, cut small stars from the yellow bell pepper slice or cheddar cheese.
8. Carefully place one yellow star on top of each Parmesan-dusted 'Christmas tree'.
9. Scatter red star sprinkles over the Parmesan cheese on each deviled egg to act as festive Christmas tree ornaments.
10. Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to chill and flavors to meld. Serve cold.

Prep: 30 minutes | Cook: 0 minutes | Servings: 8-10 servings

NUTRITION (per serving):
- Calories: 380kcal
- Protein: 22g
- Fat: 28g
- Carbs: 25g

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large (8-10 inch) round slice Monterey Jack or Provolone cheese (for Santa's face)
- 2 small black olives (for Santa's eyes)
- 1 cherry tomato (for Santa's nose)
- 2 small pink grapes or small round pink candies (for Santa's cheeks)
- 2 thin rectangular slices of Monterey Jack or Provolone cheese (for Santa's eyebrows)
- Approx. 50-60 mini fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini size), drained
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 lb green grapes, washed and stems removed if preferred
- 8 oz pre-sliced cured sausage (e.g., pepperoni, salami), rolled or folded
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed
- 1 box assorted crackers
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
- 8 oz white cheese (e.g., mild cheddar, provolone), sliced into rectangular pieces

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Select a large, round platter. Place the large round slice of Monterey Jack or Provolone cheese in the center of the platter to form Santa's face.
2. Carefully place the two small black olives where Santa's eyes would be on the cheese face. Position the single cherry tomato below the eyes for Santa's nose.
3. Place the two small pink grapes or candies on either side of the nose to create Santa's rosy cheeks. Add the two thin rectangular cheese slices above the eyes to form his eyebrows.
4. To create Santa's beard and mustache, arrange a generous portion of the mini mozzarella balls around the lower half of the cheese face. Form a distinct, slightly separated cluster of mozzarella balls for the mustache directly below the nose and cheeks.
5. For the trim of Santa's hat, arrange a line of mini mozzarella balls along the top curve of the large cheese slice, extending from one side of the face to the other.
6. Fill the area above the mozzarella hat trim with the hulled strawberries, arranging them closely together to form Santa's red hat.
7. On one side of Santa's face (e.g., upper left), arrange the green grapes. Next to the green grapes, place the rolled or folded cured sausage slices.
8. On the other side of Santa's face (e.g., upper right), arrange the washed cherry tomatoes.
9. In the bottom section of the platter, starting from beneath the green grapes, arrange the rectangular slices of white cheese in neat rows.
10. Next to the white cheese and below the green grapes and tomatoes, create a section for the crackers, arranging them in overlapping rows.
11. Finally, place the thinly sliced cucumber rounds in a fanned pattern along the very bottom edge of the platter, next to the crackers.
12. Review the entire board and make any adjustments to ensure a neat, festive, and appealing presentation. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
