A chair with a past.

An extraordinary German Art Deco armchair, attributed to British-born architect and furniture designer John Archibald Campbell (1878–1948).

With its beautifully sculpted wooden arms and architectural silhouette, the chair is pictured alongside a remarkable archival photograph of a period interior featuring the same design.

Newly upholstered in vintage flame-stitch fabric.

We’re delighted to be in High Point this weekend for The Ticking Tent, celebrating furniture, textiles, antiques and the decorative arts.

An extraordinary American Victorian Revival brooch, circa 1940s, fashioned from a collection of antique gold stick pins gathered in an engraved 14-karat gold basket.

A charming arrangement of pearls, gemstones, an intaglio, a monogrammed disc and delicate gold motifs, each with a story of its own.

A Merry Cup of Amber Tea.

An extraordinary Aesthetic Movement polychrome tea table, attributed to a Belgian workshop, circa 1890–1910.

Its richly painted surface depicts two kneeling figures sharing tea, surrounded by intricate geometric decoration and the inscription, “A Merry Cup of Amber Tea, To Thee We Sing on Bended Knee.”

Formerly in the collection of Seymour Stein.

The remarkable tabletop has inspired a new SAVED cashmere blanket for the holiday season. A first look at the design appears in the final image.
