🍌🍞 Best Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar (or ½ cup white sugar + ¼ cup brown sugar)
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups all-purpose flour
Optional Add-Ins:
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
½ cup chocolate chips
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
Mix in baking soda and salt.
Gently fold in flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake 55–65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
